Fathers Day and Summer Fun

For Father's Day Nick requested a picnic by the lake! So we packed a lunch and me and him headed off to the Lake Ontario shore for a nice quiet picnic by the water. 

For his special meal he requested butter chicken and black beans brownies. It was all so yummy! He loved it and had a fun day, we are all very thankful to have him.

I finally made another batch of homemade ginger ale! This is the real stuff, naturally fermented for carbonation.
