Tonight we attended the wedding of a friend I used to work with at OU Medical Center. Her name is Janice and she married another nurse from there named Janson. It was a beautiful ceremony that was a wonderful blend of American and Indian culture and traditions.
I loved the gorgeous teal saris that the bridesmaids wore!
The reception was at the Skirvin Hilton hotel in downtown OKC in the Grand Ballroom. There was a live band and a 4 course dinner served! They also had a photobooth so Nick and I hammed it up while we were waiting for the dinner to start.
They also provided complimentary valet parking so we got to stare at this Lamborghini while we waited for my little Suzuki to pull up....
Tomorrow at dawn I am heading to a friend's house so that we can hit the road to the Illinois river for an all-day raft-a-thon! I have snacks and bottled water ready because we are planning on floating for about 4-6 hours. Check back for pics of the adventure!
