This blog was started in 2008 when we did IVF for the first time to build our family after 5 1/2 years of infertility. We now have 14 and 8 year old boys (thanks to modern medicine) and we are enjoying our blessed life as parents ♥ In the summer of 2016 we took another huge step and moved across the country from Oklahoma to New York! This blog is about life and everything in between

The Big Day...

I just got the call from Dr. Haas, and there are two embryos that are doing the best out of all of them, so we are going to go ahead and do the transfer tomorrow afternoon!!! I will be getting a picture, and he said we will freeze the leftover ones that make it to the blastocyst stage. I'm so excited!!! This had better work cause I really don't want to go through another egg retrieval. It has not been fun. But we do what we have to do, and I will blog tomorrow about how it goes.

Keep me in your prayers!

  3. OMG! That's so exciting! I hope that you are feeling better. You get the catheter removed tomorrow right? Will that be before the transfer? You've already had a big week girl! You are definitely in my prayers. Are you going to be able to take it easy for a few days after the transfer?

  4. I am SO happy for you! AND I am especially glad you had some embryos to freeze. I can't tell you how BADLY we had some that we could have kept. I dread going through this entire process again...but I know that God has a plan for us...whether it is to adopt, try IVF again, or have a baby on our own...I am destined to be mom :)

Looking forward to hearing how you are doing...and I must be honest with you....PLEASE just relax! let the hubby pamper you and take care of you...besides, you'll need a little TLC when you find out your pregnant and you are tired all the time....so take advantage of this time!

    Praying for you!

  5. I can't wait to hear about everything! I can't wait until Stuart and I are at this stage. I am a little concerned about Dr. Moutos getting enough eggs- seeing as how I have only one ovary! But I know God is faithful. Now is the relaxing part, although I would be so anxious for the BETA test! I will be thinking and praying for Super Great news!
